We would be nowhere without a successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and deliver growth by regularly visiting customers to provide best in class service
- Utilizes reports, trainings, samples, hardware/software to effectively manage the customer relationship and to enhance sales effectiveness
- Cultivates existing customer base with regular visits to their location, while continuously prospecting for new potential in the market
- Submits weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership in order to further develop and support growth strategies
- Regularly visits customer to ensure brand visual merchandising
Must Have
- 5+ years (min) of direct sales experience with proven track record of results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships
- Excellent training and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Visual merchandising background
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
